Peanut Butter Entertainment — the creators of a popular anime tower defense game that has won players' recognition and built a steady community of fans.
Sorcerer Tower Defense
The client asked us to develop new maps for the game's themed updates. The main goal was to create unique locations for in-game events that would keep the existing audience interested and bring new players into the game.
Over the course of our collaboration, we developed several dozen maps with different themes, each built around the specifics of the gameplay. We paid special attention to visual style, the atmosphere of the locations, and how easily players can interact with the environment during battles with NPCs.
When creating the maps, our team independently developed the concepts, layouts, and designs of the locations, focusing on both the visuals and technical optimization. Every map got a clear structure and plenty of convenient spots for placing units — a key element of the tower defense genre that lets players use different strategies as they play.
As a result, the client got a large set of high-quality maps that became an important part of the game's themed updates. The new locations boosted audience engagement, made in-game events more memorable, and helped raise the game's profile in the Roblox community.
